ACQ Magazine, the longest and most established magazine of its kind, has today announced the winners of its prestigious Country Awards.
The magazine asked its tens of thousands of readers to nominate who they thought were the best performing companies in their country and the publication received a great response. The nominations flooded in from all around the world, with many businesses keen to put forward companies that have stood out during the year.
The judges then had the hard task of selecting who should win the awards for 2010.
Now in its fourth year, it’s fantastic to see the pride firms take in being nominated for an award. Many realise it is a great achievement to be recognised in the ACQ Country Awards.
This year, a number of countries stood out due to variety of categories where nominations were received. These countries included Estonia, India, Germany, France, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, the UK and the USA.
The companies noted for their achievements included banks, advisory law firms, asset based lending firms, marketing agencies, competition law firms and many more.
“As the ACQ Country Awards are so well-recognised, it’s no wonder we received so many nominations. It certainly was difficult choosing the best firms but I think the judges came up with a list that reflects those who are performing superbly in their industry,” Carmen Allan, Head of the Judging Panel for ACQ Country Awards, said.
