Jimmy Choo, the shoe designer, is appointing investment bankers to advise it on portfolio options. The company said it could possibly list the business for £500m.
Towerbrook Capital, the firm that acquired Jimmy Choo back in 2007 for £180m, is reportedly working with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley for advice.
It is possible that the business may IPO Jimmy Choo in UK, US or Asia or sell it to another private equity firm.
Jimmy Choo might also expand its store network, especially in Asia where the market is growing.
