SJ Berwin and Travers Smith law firms have advised Masawara, a Zimbabwean company focusing on mining, telecommunication and agriculture sectors, on listing on the AIM London exchange.
The company was listed last week and is the first business from Zimbabwe to feature on the junior market for three years and only the third London listing by any company from the African nation.
SJ Berwin advised on the listing after developing a relationship with Masawara Non-Executive Director Shingai Mutasa, who is the owner of the internal management company.
