International law firm SJ Berwin has announced a retention rate of 100 percent for trainees qualifying as solicitors in March 2012.
The firm – which has around 150 partners and 11 offices in Europe, East Asia and the Middle East – offered roles to all eight of the trainees that applied and all accepted.
